How long does filing take after I submit my documents?
We file within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. For straightforward individual returns, it is often faster.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Everything is done online. You submit your details and documents through our platform, and we handle the rest remotely.
What documents do I need for an individual return?
Your P9 form from your employer and any withholding tax certificates you received during the year. If you have a business, we will advise you on what else is needed.
Is my KRA password safe with you?
Yes. Your credentials are encrypted and used only to fetch your tax data from KRA. We do not store passwords after your return is filed.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept secure online payments and bank transfers. All payments are processed before we submit your return to KRA.
